Designer and innovator, he was best known as the co-founder, chairman and chief executive officer of Apple, Inc. Through Apple, Jobs became a pioneer of the personal computer revolution, bringing such devices as the iPod, iPhone and Mac into mainstream culture, and digitalizing music through advances in iTunes.

FTD:Becoming one of the youngest CEOs of his time, he has revolutionized the social networking experience for a new generation. In programming Facebook, he has given users across the world the opportunity share their music and experiences on a wider scale.

FTD:
An entrepreneur of the highest order, he has a knack for sniffing out the next big thing, which has landed him at the forefront of change. First as one of the founders of Napster, then as Facebook’s first president, Parker now has put his legendary genius into Spotify, a Swedish music streaming service, that offers digital streaming of selected music from a range of major and independent record labels.

FTD:
Coming from a couple of stand-still projects (Betaworks, Stickybits), he got his big break when he came up with the concept of Turntable.fm, a shared interactive music-listening service that earned about 1 million users five months after
its launch.

He developed Foursquare based on his first entrepreneurial endeavor Dodgeball.  Foursquare is the go-to application to see and be seen at your favorite music hotspots, offering location-based social networking services via mobile devices.

FTD:
He is the man who allowed fans to follow every word and thought of their favorite celebrities – that is, if they wish to tweet it. Twitter has become the real-time medium to voice the latest generation, where anyone who dares to follow you can find out exactly how we are entertaining ourselves and/or pretending to be more interesting.

FTD:
As the co-founder and CEO of Instagram, he has allowed tech users (including musicians and artists) to share their world in new and interesting ways through a free photo sharing program, which features digital filters and a variety of social networking services. In its largest acquisition deal up to date, they gained approximately $1 billion in cash and stock in April after being acquired by Facebook.

FTD:Many people aspire to be a star, and this man found the means to make these dreams become reality by co-founding video-based website YouTube. Now anybody can show off their hidden talents to world, and even get the chance to be discovered like Justin Beiber, whose music career began when talent manager Scooter Braun picked him up in 2008 after seeing his YouTube videos.
